After operating a chain of family-owned nail salons on the East Coast and working with many manicurist's for over twenty years, the need for a clipper that made it possible to perfectly clip and trim natural and artificial nails while ensuring the safety of the customer was identified.  After several years of research, AccuClip was developed and patented in 1999 by John Rossi.
